God, I do know how you feel. Went through it years ago with my divorce, and I still remember all the bad stuff. Depression is hard to shake. I'm glad you are getting some help. You are still taking small steps in the right direction. That counts. Remember you are loved very much by a lot of people, and that we care about you and your life. Hang in there.
